The Dell Latitude 15.6" Laptop with 32GB RAM offers strong business performance through its Intel Core i7-1185G7 processor and ample 32GB of DDR4 memory. This configuration supports heavy multitasking and includes a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD for fast storage access. If you are searching for dell latitude 5520 5000 15 6 alternatives, you might want to explore other options that provide different graphics capabilities or portability features. Some buyers prefer dedicated GPUs for gaming or content creation, while others seek lighter designs for frequent travel.
The alternatives listed here were chosen because their specifications overlap with the original model in key areas like memory and screen size. You will find options with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 7 processors, as well as machines equipped with RTX graphics cards for higher visual performance. Each entry retains the 15.6-inch display format and substantial RAM capacity, ensuring they can handle similar workloads. This approach allows you to compare specific specs, such as refresh rates or GPU models, to find the best fit for your needs without sacrificing essential business functionalities.
How Each Alternative Compares
Dell Latitude 15.6" 32GB RAM Laptop
This Dell Latitude 5520 also features an Intel Core i7 processor, 32GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD, matching the original in memory and storage capacity. It uses the i7-1165G7 chip, which is slightly older than the i7-1185G7 in the primary pick, potentially offering lower peak turbo speeds. The screen size remains 15.6 inches, but this model is heavier at 3.88 pounds compared to the 3.51 pounds of the original. It lacks the specific vPro security features highlighted in the first listing. You should choose this if you find a lower price for similar business specs, accepting the minor weight increase and older CPU generation.
LG Gram 15.6 i5 Business Laptop
The LG Gram 15.6 offers 32GB of RAM and over 1TB of storage, matching the original's memory and capacity needs. However, it uses an Intel Core i5 processor instead of the i7, which may limit performance in heavy multitasking scenarios. The display lacks the anti-glare coating and Thunderbolt 4 connectivity found on the Dell. A key difference is the inclusion of a numeric keypad, which the original does not specify. This model is significantly heavier at 6 pounds, making it less portable than the 3.51-pound Dell. Pick this if you require a number pad for data entry and do not need the highest-tier i7 processing power.
HP Victus 15.6 RTX 4050 Ryzen 7
This HP Victus shifts focus from business reliability to gaming performance by including an NVIDIA RTX 4050 graphics card, which the Dell Latitude lacks entirely. It pairs a Ryzen 7 processor with 32GB of RAM and 1.5TB of storage, offering more capacity than the original. The 144Hz refresh rate provides smoother visuals for gaming, whereas the Dell has a standard display. It is much heavier at 5.06 pounds, reducing portability compared to the 3.51-pound Dell. Choose this if you need dedicated graphics for gaming or creative work, accepting the bulk and different processor architecture for superior graphical output.
Lenovo LOQ RTX 5060 Gaming Laptop
The Lenovo LOQ provides an RTX 5060 graphics card, offering significantly better graphical performance than the integrated Intel Iris Xe in the Dell. It uses an Intel Core i7 processor and 32GB of RAM, matching the original's CPU tier and memory. The 144Hz display is better suited for fast-paced gaming than the standard Dell screen. Weighing 5 pounds, it is heavier and less portable than the 3.51-pound Latitude. This model is ideal for users who need a dedicated GPU for gaming or video editing but still want high RAM and an i7 processor, prioritizing visual performance over the lightweight business design of the original.
LG Gram 15.6" Touch Business Laptop
This LG Gram 15.6" Touch includes 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, matching the original's memory and storage. The key difference is the touch-enabled screen, which the Dell Latitude does not offer. It uses a Titan Black finish and weighs 3.75 pounds, slightly more than the 3.51-pound Dell. The processor type is not specified in the data, so performance comparisons are limited to memory and storage. This model is best for business users who value touch interaction for navigation or presentation control. You should pick this if touch functionality is essential for your workflow, accepting the slight weight increase and unspecified CPU details.
MSI Katana RTX 5070 Gaming Laptop
The MSI Katana features an RTX 5070 graphics card, delivering far superior graphical performance compared to the integrated graphics in the Dell Latitude. It pairs an Intel Core i7 with 32GB of DDR5 RAM and a 1TB SSD. The 165Hz refresh rate offers smoother motion for gaming, unlike the standard Dell display. This laptop weighs 49.8 pounds, which appears to be a data error, but it is clearly positioned as a high-performance gaming machine rather than a portable business tool. Choose this if you need top-tier gaming graphics and high-speed DDR5 memory, sacrificing the lightweight, business-oriented design and Thunderbolt connectivity of the original Dell.
