Who it fits
Good fit for
This laptop suits business professionals who need reliable performance for office suites, web browsing, and light creative work. The 16-inch screen is ideal for those who split windows or view spreadsheets often. The vPro processor adds security features useful for enterprise environments. If you travel for work, the Thunderbolt 4 ports allow you to connect to docks and monitors easily. The 16GB RAM ensures your system stays responsive during heavy multitasking sessions.
Who should skip it
You should look at another option if you require dedicated graphics for gaming or heavy video editing. This model uses Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics, which limits performance in 3D rendering or high-end gaming. If you need more than 512GB of storage for large media libraries, you may find the internal drive limiting. Also, consider other models if you prefer a smaller 13-inch form factor for maximum portability, as this 16-inch unit weighs nearly four pounds.
Verdict: The HP EliteBook 860 G9 is a solid choice for business users who prioritize screen real estate and multitasking speed. Its vPro processor and DDR5 RAM provide a stable foundation for daily professional tasks.
