The Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 1 shares the same 14-inch screen size, Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD configuration as the Dell Latitude 7490. The primary difference lies in physical build and portability. This Lenovo model weighs 3.88 pounds, making it noticeably lighter than the five-pound Dell. It also features a slimmer profile with a height of just 0.6 inches compared to the Dell’s 3-inch height. You should choose this option if you need a more portable business laptop that offers reliable performance without the extra bulk. The trade-off is accepting a different chassis design while maintaining identical core specifications for daily productivity tasks.
