Lenovo vs Ist Computers Specs
Graphics Card
The Lenovo Legion LOQ includes a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 graphics card. This discrete GPU is designed to handle modern games and graphics-intensive tasks with ease. In contrast, the Ist Computers Dell Pro 16 relies on Intel Graphics, which is integrated directly into the processor. Integrated graphics share system memory and are generally suited for everyday tasks and light media consumption rather than heavy gaming. If you plan to play demanding titles or use GPU-accelerated creative software, the dedicated RTX 5050 provides a significant performance advantage. The Dell’s solution is sufficient for basic productivity but lacks the power for serious gaming.
Processor
The Lenovo Legion LOQ is powered by an Intel Core i7-13650HX processor. This high-performance mobile chip is built for demanding workloads and sustained gaming sessions. The Ist Computers Dell Pro 16 uses an Intel Core 5 120U processor. While this is a capable modern chip with up to 5.0 GHz boost speeds, the U-series designation typically indicates a focus on efficiency and battery life rather than raw peak performance. The i7-13650HX is generally more powerful for multitasking and heavy applications. For users who prioritize maximum processing speed for gaming or rendering, the Lenovo’s CPU is the stronger choice. The Dell’s processor is optimized for balanced everyday use.
Memory
The Lenovo Legion LOQ comes equipped with 24GB of memory. This generous amount of RAM allows for smooth multitasking and running memory-heavy applications without slowdowns. The Ist Computers Dell Pro 16 features 16GB of DDR5 memory. While DDR5 is a fast memory standard, the 16GB capacity is lower than the Lenovo’s 24GB. For most users, 16GB is adequate for standard office work and web browsing. However, if you run multiple virtual machines, edit large video files, or keep many browser tabs open alongside games, the extra 8GB in the Lenovo provides more headroom. The Dell offers a solid baseline, but the Lenovo has more capacity.
Screen Size
The Ist Computers Dell Pro 16 features a 16-inch display with a WUXGA resolution of 1920x1200. This larger screen real estate is beneficial for productivity, offering more space for spreadsheets, code, or split-screen workflows. The Lenovo Legion LOQ has a 15.6-inch FHD display. While slightly smaller, it is optimized for gaming with a 144Hz refresh rate and NVIDIA G-Sync technology to reduce screen tearing. The Dell’s screen is better for static productivity tasks and external monitor expansion support. The Lenovo’s screen is superior for gaming fluidity. If you need a larger canvas for work, the Dell wins. For gaming smoothness, the Lenovo is better.
Storage
The Lenovo Legion LOQ includes 1TB of storage capacity. This ample space allows you to install multiple large games, applications, and media files without worrying about running out of room. The Ist Computers Dell Pro 16 comes with a 512GB PCIe SSD. While fast, this capacity is half that of the Lenovo. For gamers with large libraries or creators working with high-resolution media, the 1TB drive is more practical. The Dell’s 512GB may require external storage or careful management for power users. Both use SSD technology for quick boot times and file access. The Lenovo’s larger storage capacity gives it the edge for users who need more internal space.
